Maintenance Packages

We offer bespoke and regular website maintenance packages to ensure your peace of mind and provide cost effective update options.

For all of our maintenance contracts - the price we quote is the price you pay, and if we do not deliver on time you pay nothing.

Minimum contract term is 3 months with 2 weeks’ notice required to cancel ongoing monthly charges.

Payment is in advance preferably using BACS.

Our Standard website maintenance packages are:

Basic Support Package £35.00 per month

A no frills service that still provides a level of support to effectively manage websites that remain fairly static. Ensures that minor changes can be accommodated at no extra cost to the client and that the site is up to date.

Included free of charge with Amesis Design Starter Pack option and subsequent hosting service renewal contracts

What you get:

• Response to all enquiries within 4 hours (9am-5pm Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays)

• 30 minutes support time each month (includes making changes to your website and telephone support) plus

o Six monthly site link check

o Six monthly site traffic stats and analysis (if Matrix stats included in your hosting package.)

o Quarterly review of SEO settings and updates to keywords/description to improve ratings

o Annual review consultation and refresh of overall website

Bronze Support Package - £40 per month

If you are a start-up or small business, the Bronze support package is an ideal way for you to keep on top of your website without running up spiraling agency costs, or spending valuable time yourself.

What you get:

• Response to all enquiries within 2 hours (9am-5pm Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays )

• 60 minutes support time each month (includes making changes to your website and telephone support) plus

o Quarterly site link check

o Quarterly site traffic stats and analysis (if Matrix stats included in your hosting package.)

o Quarterly review of SEO settings and updates to keywords/description to improve ratings

o Annual review consultation and refresh of overall website

Silver Support Package - £65 per month

If you need regular updates to your website text or images, and you wish to ensure that your website is working flawlessly, a Silver support package is recommended.

What you get:

• Response to all enquiries within 2 hours (9am-5pm Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays )

• 120 minutes support time each month (includes making changes to your website and telephone support) plus

o Monthly site health check - we check for any broken links plus test your contact forms, shopping carts and other interactive elements

o Quarterly site traffic stats and analysis (if Matrix stats included in your hosting package.)

o Quarterly review of SEO settings and updates to keywords/description to improve rating

o Annual review consultation and refresh of overall website

Gold Support Package - £120 per month

Are website issues and problems critical to your business? If so, our Gold support package is ideal for you.

What you get:

• Response to all enquiries within 1 hour (9am-7pm Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays)

• 180 minutes support time each month (includes making changes to your website and telephone support) plus

o Monthly site health check - we check for any broken links plus test your contact forms, shopping carts and other interactive elements

o Daily site monitoring - your website will be monitored to ensure that it is live. o Monthly site accessibility check - we will run automated tests to ensure that your website is not contravening the Disabilities Discrimination Act

o Quarterly site traffic stats and analysis Quarterly review of SEO settings and updates to keywords/description to improve ratings

o Regular updates to special items such as news scrollers and banners or calendars

o Annual review consultation and refresh of overall website

o Monthly status reports emailed to you. Dataload Contracts

Databases

Our dataload services are competitively priced at an hourly rate. For online shopping using Xcart assume an average of 5 minutes load time per item.

Terms and Conditions

Fixed allocation contracts can be set up for routine updates, with additional fees being payable for peaks in requirements.

Fixed allocation contracts are reviewed quarterly and any necessary adjustments agreed.

Ad Hoc amendments Changes, outside the maintenance allowances, are billed at our standard hourly rate.

Unused allocations Support time cannot be accumulated and carried forward into subsequent charging periods, unless specifically agreed at the start of the contract. i.e. If you know you want a quarterly update, you can make the regular monthly payments and use the full quota of support time when required.

Bespoke solutions - POA Tailored maintenance and support packages are available to meet specific client requirements. As these requirements may vary, prices are negotiated on an individual basis.

Exceptions

Failures due to problems with ‘Fasthosts Data Centre’ downtime, or any actions of Amesis Ltd and it’s employees, are not charged against your support allocations.

Changes during the development stages of a new website build and prior to customer acceptance, are included in the website build charge (Excludes dataload costs which are billed separately).

Amesis Design does not warrant that the functions contained on the hosted Internet website will meet the client's requirements, or that the operation of the web pages will be uninterrupted or error-free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the web pages and website is with client.

In no event will Amesis Design be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate the website, even if Amesis Design has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
